We offer a 10-day refund window for first-time purchases, starting from the day your subscription begins.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of the subscription start date.
- Requests must be sent from the email used during checkout.
- We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback patterns, or policy circumvention.
How to request
- Email conctact@coinpulse.pro with subject “Refund Request”.
- Include your invoice/order identifier (from Paddle) so we can locate the transaction.
Refund processing is handled via Paddle and returned to the original payment method where applicable.

- We aim to review requests quickly after receiving complete information.
- Actual settlement timing can vary depending on Paddle and the payment method.
Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum data required to operate CoinPulse and keep the service reliable and secure. Payment details are handled by Paddle and are not stored by us.
